Tuesday’s NHL Daily Plays for 3/10 – 3/13

Good morning, SideLeaguers! Before I get into today’s picks, there was a very scary scene last night in Dallas. We here at SideLeague wish Rich Peverley a full and speedy recovery. This specfic game wasn’t included in our weekly slate, but I’d like to think that it’s the last thing on our mind as sports fans. With that being said, let’s take a look at today’s picks.

Ryan Miller, St. Louis Blues: The Dallas Stars have to move on from a very tough moment last night and travel to St. Louis to play the leaders in the Western Conference. Who knows, they could play some really inspired hockey tonight. With that said, St. Louis is scorching right now winning five straight. They’re also 23-5-3 at home and have already beaten Dallas twice this year. Since coming to St. Louis, Ryan Miller is undefeated with a stingy 1.50 GAA and a save percentage of .933

Johan Franzen, Detroit Red Wings: Detroit’s been a bit banged up this year, luckily Franzen has been the man to keep the team on track while they keep their playoff hopes alive. In his last 5 games, he’s scored 9 points (6 goals, 3 assists.) Franzen & Detroit have played really well on the road this season. I’d like to think that he gets the job done tonight.

Adam Henrique, New Jersey Devils: If you looked up “hot” in the dictionary, you might find a picture of Adamn Henrique next to it. Homeboy’s scored a goal in his last 6 games. He gets Philly tonight who he’s already scored 2 goals against. Jump on the bandwagon while there’s still room people.
